A handful of condo complexes have already been built throughout Sage Creek, and the odd one comes up occasionally for sale. These are upscale condos in a delightful neighbourhood. It is peaceful, features lovely surroundings, and isn’t far from food or shops. The condo units feature 2 bedrooms and 1 ½ bathrooms. There is an option to upgrade the unfinished basement into a 3rd bedroom or office space.

There are two buildings; one has 36 units, and the other has 24. Buyers can purchase a unit before they are completed with a down payment. Each unit will have one assigned parking spot. There are several spots for visitors.

These are lovely condos, and they are spacious! The structure will include two buildings, each with 6 condos. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, totaling 1,808 square feet. A fantastic view of the wetlands is there to take in from a private patio. The walk-out basement offers additional space for living, storage, or entertaining.

These condos are just a few minutes away from Village Centre. This is a convenient place for food, services, and shopping. Each unit has a small backyard and an attached garage with room for two vehicles. The community is quiet and comfortable. Two pets are allowed in each condo unit.

The structure should be finished in the early part of 2025. The underground parking area will be heated, a nice perk when the harsh winter months roll around. Each unit will have a balcony, but the layouts will vary. They will range in square footage from 845 to 1,704. Interested buyers can secure a unit by placing a deposit on it.

This will be a pet-friendly condo building. Numerous upgrades are available for anyone who doesn’t want to settle for the basic package. This can include a walk-in closet, storage locker, upgraded appliances, and many more choices.
