A handful of condo complexes have already been built throughout Sage Creek, and the odd one comes up occasionally for sale. The best way to get into a condo in Sage Creek that is already built is to get in touch with me, and I will not only search the area for what is available but will set up alerts for when the odd condo comes up for sale.

Flora North Condominiums On Morning Star Lane
These are upscale condos in a delightful neighbourhood. It is peaceful, features lovely surroundings, and isn’t far from food or shops. The condo units feature 2 bedrooms and 1 ½ bathrooms. There is an option to upgrade the unfinished basement into a 3rd bedroom or office space.
There are two buildings; one has 36 units, and the other has 24. Buyers can purchase a unit before they are completed with a down payment. Each unit will have one assigned parking spot. There are several spots for visitors.

Sage Village
This condo building will be just a few steps from the Village Centre. The area is perfect for services, dining, and shopping experiences. This building will be a 5-storey, 73-unit structure. It will have 2 and 3-bedroom units; all will have 2 bathrooms. Designer elements to finish the look will deliver an upscale and comfortable space to live.
The structure should be finished in the early part of 2025. The underground parking area will be heated, a nice perk when the harsh winter months roll around. Each unit will have a balcony, but the layouts will vary. They will range in square footage from 845 to 1,704. Interested buyers can secure a unit by placing a deposit on it.
This will be a pet-friendly condo building. Numerous upgrades are available for anyone who doesn’t want to settle for the basic package. This can include a walk-in closet, storage locker, upgraded appliances, and many more choices.
