About

My name is Kyle Bazylo, and my journey began as an entrepreneur and online marketer in 1997 while I was still in high school. Over the years, I have developed my skills and expertise using my creativity and strong work ethic. I have used my skills to gain company exposure in The New York Times, Huffington Post, CBC News, Winnipeg Sun, and other news publications.

2013, I first entered real estate when a real estate brokerage hired me to do their marketing. I quickly realized my passion for real estate, and wanting to get further into it, I created my first real estate website around the Winnipeg real estate market.

Away from my professional pursuits, my time is spent with my family. I spend all my downtime with my wife, two kids and two white labrador retrievers, usually at the lake!

My wife and I have been going to Clear Lake for over 20 years. Today, we spend as much summer as possible in our cozy cabin and the great outdoors. Our other summer adventures occur at Brereton Lake in the Whiteshell, where we have been going for over 20 years. Both places are entirely different but also unique in their own way.

I call Sage Creek, located in south Winnipeg, my home in the city. We’ve been in this thriving community since 2015 and love everything it offers. Helping out with kids’ schooling and sports, you’ll see me helping out and volunteering all over Bridgwater, Royal Wood, Island Lakes, Southdale, St Vital, and the rest of South Winnipeg.

My journey originally began in Transcona, where I was born, raised and spent over 30 years of my life. I have so many close friends and family there; I visit there several times a week.

As a realtor, I aim to bring my skills from the evolving digital world into real estate. With my business and marketing experience and deep connection to South Winnipeg, I bring a unique skill set to the table. I look forward to starting our real estate journey together.
