Summer Camps For Kids In Winnipeg 2025
Updated: March 12, 2025. Time for the annual update for our ultimate summer camp list. Spring is around the corner, and with this warm winter, people are already thinking about summer. When summer comes our family is always looking for something to do. We aim for something educational and preferably something outdoors. And I know many other families do the same.
It seems every year there are more and more options for summer camps in Winnipeg, so I've created the ultimate master list and will create a new one every year.
I have searched the internet high and low looking for every camp possible. If I missed one, please send me a message or comment below and I will add it ASAP. Is there anything else you'd like to see? Let me know. I have tried to be as detailed as possible including the area, cost and a short summary of the camp. Each summer camp will have a linked website to get more information and register. Adventurers Day Camp
A fun camp designed to connect children with the church and community. Several camps through out July and August.

Assiniboine Park Zoo and Leaf Camps
Zoo camps for 6-13 year olds and Leaf camp for 9-13 year olds. Sign up quick as these often sell out. The kids explore and learn so much in such a short period of time.

Aquatica Synchro Club
For kids 5 to 19 years of age, they offer three different types of camps. Some of the activities include: artistic swimming skills, games and crafts to explore our theme, creating and performing an artistic swimming routine, flexibility and strength training.

Bend Academy
Recreational and intensive level camps for ages 6+. Summer camps are a great way for students to give dance, acro, or aerial a try or to build on existing skills.

Canlan Sports Summer Camps
For kids 3-16 this is a hockey heavy program but includes many other sports. Soccer, basketball, kickball, tennis and more. Younger kids 3-5 will include some parent involvement.

A great outdoor program for kids grades 1-8. Explore the outdoors with canoeing, swimming, zip-lining, and team building.

Code Ninjas program for kids 7-14. Learn about new technology, coding, how to build games and intro to robotics. A great program to teach kids about processes and logic.

Corydon Community Centre
Corydon CC puts on a wide range of camps for kids 3-12 years old. Everything from sports, to arts and crafts to specialty camps. Check out their options.

Dakota CC puts on a number of fun and exciting camps. They have multi-sport camp, art camp, explorer camp, and conundrum camp. They run each one multiple times through out summer so there is always a time available.
Deer Meadow Farms
The full farm experience for kids 8-12 years old. You will get to feed animals, collect different eggs, milk animals, do crafts, pick berries, horseback riding and more.

Discovery Day Camp
A unique camp experience that includes taking a large bus on different outings including swimming and bowling. This program is designed for kids in kindergarten to grade 6.

Engineering For Kids Summer Camps
A great learning program for children 4-14. They teach STREAM programs but make it a lot of fun. There are several different themes including robotics, medieval camps, pirate academy and more. Check out these unique camps for something different.

For kids 6 and up, this is a great program to help develop kids who love hockey.

Learn all aspects of film and film making. Get life changing experience with acting, auditions, writing scripts, and props and costumes. During this program you create your own movie.

Girls Play Football – Blue Bombers Camp
A great program for girls 9-13 to get introduced and improve their football skills. It’s a free camp but you have to put your name in to get in. It’s only one day per week.

Groove Academy Summer Mini Camps
For kids 4-9 years of age. Kids will put on a show for their friends at the end of the camp. They will learn new routines through out the week.

Gymboree Summer Camps
STEAM Summer Camp for 3-5 year olds. It focuses on science, technology, engineering, art and math. A great program for fun and learning.

Indigenous STEAM Summer Camp
Registration starts in April. This is a free camp that includes snack/foods. It covers STEAM - Science, Technology, Engineering Arts and Math. Coding, special effects, engineering and more.

Miracle Ranch Summer Camp
For kids 5+ they offer camps for horseback riding, and learning about horses. This camp is for both beginners and more experienced users.
Not only are there activities with horses, they have over 40 acres of land to explore.

Seven weeks of camp starting July 7, 2025. Learn about Jesus and make new friends. Days filled with games, activities and faith lessons. Weeks 1-6 are for grades K-6 and week 7 is for junior high kids.

This is a longer camp but there are also some day camps. This camp is in Lake of the Woods and for kids 6-17. There are several water activities and outdoor games and sports.

Camp Arnes
For kids 8 and over, including some family camps. This is an inter-denominational Christian camp and they do offer some day camps as well; however, you must provide your own transportation there for the day camps. They have skills programs that involve mountain biking, gardening, baking, woodworking, ropes courses, swimming, kayaking, among others. Registration is open now.

Day camps for 4-7 year olds and long for 8-18 year olds. Camp focuses on Judaism but you do not need to be Jewish or speak Hebrew.

Winkler Bible Camp
Program for kids 5-18 years of age. Kids in kindergarten and grade 1 are day programs. And grades 1-3 are two-day overnight camps. Another great camp with so many outdoor activities. They even have escape rooms and petting zoos.
