The Rise

Located at 300 Centre Street, The Rise is an exceptional condo living environment. Some great amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool, two lounges for owners to relax and enjoy, and a fitness room. It is also close to Altea Fitness Club, offering various classes and exercise equipment.

All condos feature two bedrooms; some have one bathroom, and others have two. The square footage ranges from 833 to 1198. The energy-efficient design of the buildings is enticing to potential buyers. They want a great place to live, but it feels good to know they are reducing the negative contributions to the environment. Such buildings also cost less for energy, lowering fees. Construction was completed in 2018. There are 7 stories and 109 units.

There are shops, restaurants, a playground, and schools close to The Rise condos. The condo fees average $250 per month. This building allows cats but not dogs. The board must approve all cats.

The Rise Phase 2

There is a phase 2 for The Rise, offering additional condo units at 105 South Town Road. It was completed in 2022. This location offers 95 units that span 7 stories. Esprit Condominiums

The location of Esprit Condominiums is perfect, in the southwest corner of Winnipeg. This is a beautiful area with lovely surroundings. The condos offer a spacious place to live in a quiet environment at 290 Frontier Trail. The units are nestled along walking trails where you can conveniently explore the area. The area has several schools, places to shop, and dining choices.

Phase 1 offers 3 buildings with 12 units in them for a total of 36 units. Each offers three bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. The Ivory units are 1,214 square feet, and The Hazel units are 1,323 square feet. Construction will begin in the fall of 2023, with units ready for viewing in the summer of 2024. It is possible to buy a condo now in Esprit Condominiums and move in when it is ready. You can select specific features and colours for your unit by doing so.

The condo fees still need to be set for this location, but they will include water, yard maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, and building insurance. Pets will be allowed here, including cats and small dogs. The board will review requests for each pet before they are approved to reside in the building.

The Mix

Phase 2 of The Mix was completed in 2016 at 10 Hill Grove Point. There are 92 units covering 4 stories. Each unit features either two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They are all 1,037 square feet. The condo building features a game room, kitchenette, and gym. Residents can have one dog and up to two cats per unit. The board must approve all pets. Smoking is not permitted in any of the common areas.

There are parking accommodations underground for all residents and some above-ground parking options. Each unit has a large balcony, making it easy to enjoy the fantastic view around you. There are storage lockers available.

Parks and walking paths are close to The Mix, including trails to Bridgwater Town Centre. It is near shops and restaurants. There are plenty of social activities within the building and the surrounding area. High-level security features are in place, and there are two elevators. The building is energy-efficient, reducing the condo fees each month for residents. Each unit is responsible for insurance coverage on their belongings, property taxes, phone, and cable. Those items aren’t covered in the condo fees.
